Perfect of the Remaining Stems

The Niph’al נִקְטַל (נַקְטַל)

The simple passive stem has a prefixed nun (נ). It is built from the ground form נַקְטַל. Note that when the קָ and קְ of the Qal perfect inflection are exchanged for נִקְ, the Niph’al perfect is formed
Singular
נִקְטַל He was killed (he killed himself)
נִקְטְלָה She was killed
נִקְטַ֣לְתָּ You (m) were killed
נִקְטַלְתְּ You (f) were killed
נִקְטַ֣לְתִּי I was killed
Plural
נִקְטְלוּ They were killed
נִקְטַלְתֶּמ You all (m) were killed
נִקְטַלְתֶּן You all (f) were killed
נִקְטַ֣לְנוּ We were killed

The Pi’el קִטֵּל (קַטַּל)

The intensive active stem doubles the middle radical. If the middle radical is doubled and the קָ and קְ of the Qal are changed to קִ, the Pi’el perfect is formed. There is one exception. The vowel ( ֵ  ) of the 3ms ֵקִטֵּל.
Singular
קִטֵּל He brutally killed
קִטְּלָה She brutally killed
קִטַּ֣לְתָּ You (m) brutally killed
קִטַּלְתְּ You (f) brutally killed
קִטַּ֣לְתִּי I brutally killed
Plural
קִטְּלוּThey brutally killed
קִטַּלְתֶּם You all (m) brutally killed
קִטַּלְתֶּן You all (f) brutally killed
קִטַּ֣לְנוּWe brutally killed

The Pu’al קֻטּל (קֻטּל or קָטַּל)

The intensive passive stem doubles the middle radical. When the middle radical is doubled and the קָ or קְ of the Qal perfect is changed to קֻ, the Pu’al perfect is formed (קָטַּל).
Singular
קֻטּל He was brutally killed
קֻטְּלָה She was brutally killed
קֻטַּ֣לְתָּ You (m) were brutally killed
קֻטַּלְתְּ You (f) were brutally killed
קֻטַּ֣לְתִּי I was brutally killed
Plural
קֻטְּלוּThey were brutally killed
קֻטַּלְתֶּם You all (m) were brutally killed
קֻטַּלְתֶּן You all (f) were brutally killed
קֻטַּ֣לְנוּWe were brutally killed

The Hithpa’el הִתְקַטֵּל (הִתְקַטַּל)

The intensive reflexive stem doubles the middle radical and prefixes הִתְ. The Hithpa’el perfect is formed by the doubling of the middle radical, substituting קַ for קָ ,קְ and adding the prefix הִתְ to the Qal perfect form. The third masculine singular form is an exemption.
Singular
הִתְקַטֵּל He brutally killed himself
הִתְקַטְּלָה She brutally killed herself
הִתְקַטַּ֣לְתָּ You (m) brutally killed yourself
הִתְקַטַּלְתְּ You (f) brutally killed yourself
הִתְקַטַּ֣לְתִּי I brutally killed myself
Plural
הִתְקַטְּלוּThey brutally killed themselves
הִתְקַטַּלְתֶּם You all (m) brutally killed yourselves
הִתְקַטַּלְתֶּן You all (f) brutally killed yourselves
הִתְקַטַּ֣לְנוּWe brutally killed ourselves
Note:
When the prefix (הִתְ) precedes the sibilants ס,שׂ,שׁ the ת of the prefix changes places with the sibilant (s or sh), הִשְׁתַּמֵּר he kept himself, הִסְתַּתֵּר he concealed himself.
When the prefix (הִתְ) precedes ט ,תּ ,דּ, the ת of the prefix may be assimilated. הִטּהֵר for הִתְטּהֵר he purified himself.
When the prefix (הִתְ) precedes צ the ת may change to ט and the two transpose, הִצְטַדֵּק for הִתְצַדֵּק he sanctified himself.
See Isaiah 1:16 הִזַּכּוּ for the assimilation of ת before ז.

The Hiph’il הִקְטִיל (הַקְטַל)

The causative stem has a prefixed ה. The ground form is הַקְטַל, which becomes הִקְטִיל in the third masculine singular. Before the vowel additions (ָ ה, and וּ) the ִי is retained and accented (הִקְטִ֣ילָה). Before the addition of consonants, the pathah ( ַ  ) is retained. The Hiph’il perfect may be formed by changing the קָ, קְ of the Qal perfect to הִקְ, and inserting ִי in the third masculine singular, third feminine singular, and third common plural. The vowels of the third feminine singular and third common plural were originally i-a in the perfect and a-i in the imperfect.
Singular

הִקְטִ֣ילָה She caused to kill
הִקְטַ֣לְתָּ You (m) caused to kill

Hoph’al הָקְטַל (הֻקְטַל or הָקְטַל)
